The posting

Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting people? Leighton Middle School is seeking a part time Clerical and HR Administrator to join our friendly team.

You will play a key role in supporting our HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, payroll liaison, and maintaining staff records (Arbor). The role also involves processing DBS checks and ensuring confidentiality.

This is a permanent, part time, term time only position.

The actual salary is £12,055 - £12,244 based on 20 hours per week.

We are looking for someone who:

Has strong IT skills, including MS Office and Excel

Is experienced in administrative or HR roles

Is approachable, professional, and committed to confidentiality
