Colebourne Primary School is seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated leadership team and help drive the next stage of our school's development. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of a successful, oversubscribed school that is committed to ensuring every child achieves their very best.

As Deputy Headteacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher, senior leaders, staff, governors and wider school community to:

  • Drive excellence in teaching, learning and curriculum development
  • Lead initiatives that improve outcomes for all pupils
  • Support and develop staff through coaching, mentoring and professional development
  • Champion inclusion, well-being and high aspirations for every child
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of our school community
