The posting

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting high-quality early years provision and helping children to thrive in a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.

Working as part of a team, you will support the delivery of play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework, promoting children’s communication, independence and personal development. You will work with individuals and small groups, using high-quality interactions to support learning, development and inclusion for all children, including those with additional needs.

You will contribute to observing, assessing and planning for children’s next steps, support the preparation of an enabling indoor and outdoor environment, and help maintain positive routines and behaviour. You will also build strong relationships with colleagues and families, playing an important role in supporting children’s wellbeing and early development.

This role would suit someone who is nurturing, observant and committed to providing the very best start for every child.

To recognise our employee’s contribution in delivering our vision and values, we offer an extensive range of rewards to support them to thrive and grow, including:

  • Membership of the South Yorkshire Pension Scheme.
  • Access to the VIVUP benefits website including cycle to work, car leasing and technology schemes and discounts on retailers, holidays, days out, etc.
  • Free flu vaccinations on request, discounted local gym and health club memberships and access to our employee assistance helpline for free and confidential advice including physiotherapy, and weight management.
  • Flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
  • Training and development opportunities.
  • Access to Schools Advisory Wellbeing Services and Westfield employee assistance programme.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
