Why Join Hartsholme Academy? Our School is far more than just classrooms—it is a special place brought to life by our talented staff and incredible children. Beyond the direct impact you will have on a child's life, you will join a supportive Trust that prioritises your professional development. We offer a welcoming, inclusive culture where you are known as an individual and a learner yourself.

This development builds on the success of Hartsholme’s existing in-house provision, Little Acorns, and forms part of Lincolnshire County Council’s Building Communities of Specialist Provision Strategy, strengthening inclusive education within local communities and enabling more children to thrive within mainstream settings.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
