About Us

Are you an inspirational educator ready to make a profound difference in the lives of early years learners?

We are seeking a motivated, dedicated, and visionary teacher to lead Fox Class, our highly regarded specialist provision for children with complex needs from Nursery through to Key Stage 1.

We are immensely proud of this unique provision within our Nursery school, which allows us to offer crucial early intervention and bespoke support. This is an exceptionally exciting time to join us. Following our recent partnership with West Earlham Infant and Nursery School, we have established an experienced Senior Leadership Team that genuinely prioritises staff wellbeing, manageable workloads, and true collaboration. We are looking for the final piece of the puzzle—a passionate professional to join our thriving, collaborative community.

Why Choose Us?

We know that teaching children with complex needs requires immense dedication. In return for your expertise, we provide an environment where you are fully supported to succeed:

  • Exceptional Support Ratios: Work alongside a highly skilled, passionate team of teaching assistants experienced in complex needs.
  • Dedicated Wellbeing Support: Benefit from a leadership team that actively manages workloads, respects work-life balance, and fosters a kind, collaborative staff culture.
  • Bespoke Professional Growth: Access tailored, high-quality CPD and specialist training opportunities across our three-school partnership network.
  • A Resource-Rich Environment: Teach in an EYFS-focused setting equipped with the specialised environments and tools needed to help children with SEND thrive.
  • A Vibrant Community: Enjoy a warm welcome from a highly supportive network of governors, families, and colleagues who champion the vital importance of Early Years education.

Are you the right fit?

  • Do you hold a genuine passion for teaching SEND within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)?
  • Are you looking to join a forward-thinking, compassionate team dedicated to early childhood development?
  • Can you work collaboratively to meet the unique needs of young children with complex profiles?
  • Do you want to work in an environment with a profound, school-wide commitment to high-quality SEND provision?

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher who:

  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of early childhood development and the EYFS framework.
  • Utilises diverse, evidence-based strategies to nurture children’s emotional well-being.
  • Maintains high aspirations, enabling strong progress from individual starting points.
  • Possesses a proven track record of planning effective SEND targets and highly accessible learning environments.
  • Exhibits strong team management skills, energy, resilience, and creativity.
  • Builds trusted, positive relationships with colleagues, families, and external stakeholders.

Come and see us! We warmly welcome and encourage informal visits to the school so you can experience Fox Class and meet our team firsthand. This invitation is open to all, and visits will not prejudice applicants applying from outside Norfolk—we actively welcome out-of-county applicants.

To arrange a visit or for an informal chat about the role, please contact us on 01603 454271 or - [email protected]

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
