The Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust exists to provide safe spaces where everyone is inspired to learn, achieve, contribute and thrive together. People within the Trust work as part of the broader Trust family, benefitting from peer support and wide opportunities for personal development.

At Salford Priors C of E Academy we offer a warm Christian environment in which we use our core Christian values guided by our Christian vision — Rooted, Growing, Thriving — we are committed to helping every child develop academically, socially, morally, and spiritually. Rooted in love and faith, we encourage children to grow in hope and courage, and to thrive in light and harmony. Our values of love, forgiveness, courage, peace, hope, and faith are lived out daily in our classrooms, collective worship, and relationships. These values are not abstract ideas; they are lived and modelled daily in Collective Worship, Religious Education, and across school life. They empower pupils to flourish as effective learners and valuable global citizens.

We are a very small one-form entry school for children aged 4 - 11 years. Set in spacious grounds, we aim to provide the highest standard of education for all our pupils, in an inclusive and stimulating environment. Currently split into only two classes, our colleagues are able to establish close relationships with every single child and their families. The staff team is friendly and enthusiastic.

We want every child to feel welcome, safe, valued and supported so that they can achieve their very best. Our curriculum is ambitious, inspiring and inclusive, giving all pupils the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to succeed in school and beyond. We are proud to be an inclusive school where every child is valued as an individual. Our curriculum is designed to raise aspirations for all pupils, including those with SEND or who are disadvantaged. Teachers use adaptive teaching, scaffolding and targeted support to ensure that all children can access learning and make progress.

We are excited about the future of Salford Priors CofE Academy and are looking for a leader who truly wants to make a difference to children’s lives and the school’s wider community for generations to come. You can rely on the support of a strong multi-academy trust who will share your commitment to ensuring that everybody in the school community can flourish.

In return we can offer:

A full-time, permanent role which could be offered as a job share or a secondment, possibly alongside your existing role. We are prepared to be very flexible for the right candidate(s)

Eligibility to join the Teachers’ Pension Scheme

A supportive network of professional colleagues

A strong culture of professional development, including access to apprenticeship levy development

The opportunity to be part of an aspirational organisation and contribute to its development and growth

Employee Assistance Programme

Cycle to Work Scheme

Arrangements to visit the school should be made by contacting the current Headteacher, Denise Gibbs-Naguar via [email protected] Shortlisted candidates will be asked to meet via Teams with the Interim Diocesan Director of Education on the morning of 14th October 2026.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
