THE ROLE OF THE HEADTEACHER
The Headteacher will:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school
- Contribute to the Wembley Multi Academy Trust Executive Team leadership
- Lead and manage teaching and learning to ensure high standards
- Promote a culture of safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion
- Manage staff performance and professional development
- Oversee the efficient use of resources and budget
- Work closely with governors, the local authority, and external partners
- Represent the school positively within the wider community
This role requires a strong moral purpose, excellent leadership skills, and a clear vision for school improvement.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are seeking a Headteacher who:
- Is an experienced school leader with a proven impact on outcomes
- Has a clear and compelling vision for primary education
- Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
- Can inspire, motivate, and support staff and pupils
- Works effectively in partnership with governors, parents, and the community
