The posting

We are seeking an outstanding Headteacher who can lead our school with clarity of vision, unwavering integrity, and a deep commitment to educational excellence. The successful candidate will motivate and empower staff and pupils alike, fostering a culture where every individual is encouraged to achieve their highest potential within a nurturing yet ambitious environment.

They will bring a proven record of effective leadership, a genuine passion for teaching and learning, and the strategic insight required to drive sustained school improvement. Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and the wider community will be central to this role.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future direction of our school and make a meaningful, lasting difference in the lives of our pupils.

Little Gonerby Church of England Primary School is a one‑form entry school in Grantham. Alongside strong foundations in literacy and numeracy, we encourage children to explore a wide range of subjects and develop their individual interests.

Every child in our school knows they are valued, listened to, and supported to achieve their best. We set high aspirations for all pupils and encourage them to approach learning with confidence and an inquisitive mindset.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
