About The Good Shepherd Trust

On 1 March 2024, Cranleigh C of E Primary School became part of The Good Shepherd Trust (GST) — a multi‑academy trust serving 23 schools across Surrey and Hampshire. Our trust includes both Church of England and non‑church schools across primary and secondary phases.

The GST is committed to building a strong, supportive family of schools that work collaboratively and share common values and ambitions. Staff development is a key priority, and as part of the trust you will have access to a wide range of professional learning opportunities.

We are committed to becoming a more diverse organisation, reflecting our belief that we are “better, together.” We warmly welcome applications from all who are committed to this ethos, and particularly from Black and minority ethnic candidates, who are currently under‑represented across the trust. We always appoint on merit and are happy to discuss flexible working options.

Please note: We reserve the right to interview strong candidates upon application and may close the advert early. Early applications are strongly encouraged.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
