The posting

We are looking for an ICT Field Technician to support the ICT Team across the Trust in maintaining the ICT infrastructure and software systems within our schools.

Your responsibilities;

  • Provide an excellent level of customer service to our Trust’s staff and students.
  • IT systems support across a cluster of schools.
  • Support an active ITIL based helpdesk.

  • Be part of large and exciting new IT projects across the Trust and in your cluster of schools.

What are we looking for?

  • Customer Service - Teaching and learning is at the forefront of everything we do. We provide a warm and friendly service to staff and students.
  • Fast Learner - ICT and education moves at a rapid pace. We need to keep up with this to give our students the best chance of success.
  • Enthusiastic - We want people who come in every day ready to excel and push themselves as part of the team.
  • Due to the nature of the role certain tasks may need to be undertaken out of hours and at weekends a certain level of flexibility is required.

The role will support a cluster of Trust academies, providing advice and technical support, therefore some travel across the Trust will be required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
