About Loughton School

Based in the heart of Loughton, Milton Keynes, Loughton School is a welcoming junior school for children aged 7 to 11. Rated 'Good' by Ofsted in March 2025, we became part of The Alliance Schools Trust in September 2026. Our vision of 'Inspiring Children' shapes everything we do. We focus on the whole child, developing not just academic knowledge but also confidence, wellbeing, relationships and a genuine love of learning. Our hands-on, immersive curriculum brings learning to life, and our strong pastoral care means children feel safe, settled and ready to learn. Beyond the classroom, a rich programme of enrichment opportunities helps every child discover new interests and talents. They are supported by a team that includes specialist staff in art, sport and speech and language. Most of all, Loughton is known for its warm, family feel. Staff work closely together and support one another, and every child is known, valued and encouraged to be the best they can be.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
