Are you passionate about early years education and championing inclusion for all children? Norcot Early Years Centre- nursery school is seeking an inspiring and dedicated Early Years Teacher/Inclusion Lead to join our supportive and committed team.
As part of our team, you will:
- Lead on strategic development of key inclusion policies, including Accessibility; SEND; Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Behaviour
- Teach in our vibrant EYFS setting, delivering high-quality, inclusive learning experiences
- Lead our LA-commissioned inclusion base and line manage support staff
- Provide professional guidance and lead CPD for staff on SEND and inclusion and behaviour
- Work closely with external agencies to support our children and families
- Act as Designated Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding
