The posting

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who cares about providing both academic and nurture support in class for our wonderful children.

Your role will be to work as part of a supportive team to enhance the teaching and learning opportunities for pupils, particularly those with additional learning needs. Relevant experience supporting SEND children in a school or childcare setting is desirable but if you feel you have the right qualities for the role and are keen to learn, we would love to hear from you. If you have energy, kindness, patience and enthusiasm, we can offer you an exciting opportunity where you can truly make a difference each day.

The successful candidate will:

  • be able to motivate and inspire our children to achieve their best in all areas of learning and behaviour;
  • be committed to inclusion, high expectations and raising standards;
  • be excellent communicators with good organisational and personal skills; and
  • be enthusiastic about contributing to the wider life of the school.

In return we can offer you:

  • the opportunity to work with an exceptional team of staff who are committed to the success and welfare of every child in our Trust;
  • opportunities for professional growth both within the school and the wider Greensand Multi Academy Trust
  • an excellent staff assistance scheme with access to a range of wellbeing and health initiatives, including complimentary counselling, physiotherapy and a 24-hour online GP service
  • access to a Greensand My Staff Shop offering a range of hospitality, retail and leisure discounts, including a cycle to work scheme
  • membership of a generous Local Government Pension Scheme

Working pattern will be Monday to Friday from 8.45am - 3.30pm, 31.25 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks pa)

Further information about the school can be found on our website. Candidates are also warmly invited to contact the school to discuss the role in more depth.

Closing date for applications is Monday 27 September 2026 at 9am. Applications will be considered upon receipt, and we reserve the right to appoint someone sooner than this if we identify a suitable candidate. You are therefore encouraged to apply for the role as soon as possible.

We want to attract the broadest range of talented people to be part of our Trust. We strive to create a diverse and inclusive environment and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you need any specific support or require alternative formats, please contact us.

Safeguarding Statement

Greensand Multi Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the successful candidate will be required to have an enhanced DBS check and an overseas criminal records check if you have lived or worked outside the UK within the last 10 years. Shortlisted candidates will also be subject to an online check in accordance with the updated KCSIE statutory guidance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
