Join Our Team at Cavendish Primary School

Are you passionate about helping young children thrive, learn and develop? Do you have the creativity, patience and enthusiasm to inspire our youngest learners? If so, we would love to hear from you.

Cavendish Primary School is seeking to appoint a caring, dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will initially be based within our Early Years provision, supporting children at the very beginning of their educational journey and helping to create a nurturing, engaging and stimulating learning environment where every child can flourish.

Working alongside our experienced Early Years team, you will support children's learning through play, exploration and high-quality interactions, helping them to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning. You will provide both classroom and individual support, contribute to the assessment of children's progress and help ensure all children feel safe, valued and included.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of working with young children, ideally within an Early Years setting.
  • Understands the importance of child-centred learning and development.
  • Has high expectations for all children and believes every child can succeed.
  • Is warm, nurturing and able to build positive relationships with children, colleagues and families.
  • Can work effectively as part of a team whilst also using their own initiative.
  • Is committed to supporting the social, emotional and academic development of every child.
  • Shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

In return, we can offer:

  • Enthusiastic, friendly and well-behaved children who enjoy learning.
  • A supportive and collaborative staff team.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
  • A welcoming and inclusive school community.
  • The opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our children and families.
  • A healthy work/life balance
  • Free access to an Employee Assistance Programme
  • Free, on-site parking
  • Excellent employer pension contribution scheme

At Cavendish Primary School, we believe that every child deserves the very best start in life. If you are passionate about supporting young children to achieve their potential and would like to be part of our dedicated team, we would love to receive your application.

We would warmly encourage any interested candidates to visit our school setting. In order to do so, please contact Michelle Fleming on 01274 772175 to make the necessary arrangements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
