Working within our inspiring provision, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development through high-quality interactions, purposeful play and carefully planned experiences. You will help create an environment where children feel safe, valued, and confident to explore, question, investigate and learn.

The successful candidate will understand the importance of developing children's communication and language skills, supporting rich conversations, extending vocabulary and fostering a love of learning. They will be passionate about encouraging curiosity, independence, creativity and problem-solving, recognising that every interaction is an opportunity to help children flourish.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside skilled practitioners in a nurturing and ambitious setting where children are encouraged to become confident communicators, resilient learners, and enthusiastic explorers of the world around them.

The Oaklands Primary School is a 2-form entry Primary school in Acock’s Green Birmingham. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?
