The posting

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding higher level teaching assistant who is passionate, dynamic, proactive and innovative, who will lead literacy interventions with our most vulnerable students. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the unique and exciting opportunity to grow our library resource for use across the whole school. Reading is such an important and necessary skill and your work will enable more students to foster their passion for reading for pleasure. The right candidate will share a passion for reading and enable students to achieve or surpass their academic and social potential.

On the application form, please focus on a detailed 'supporting statement' taking into account the person specification and indicating why you would be the best person for us to recruit to this position.

For further information regarding the post, or to arrange an informal discussion about the post, please contact Gail Burrows, Office Manager [email protected] call the school office on 0115 937 3506.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post. They will also be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK. The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Safeguarding checks will be undertaken during the recruitment process and this may include online searches.

We welcome applications regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or religion.

The closing date for applications is 9.00 am on Friday 2 October 2026.

Interviews will be held shortly afterwards.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
