You will be joining a caring environment where relationships matter and where everyone works together to help children succeed.

We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dedicated team. We would love to hear from candidates who:

The successful candidate will:

  • Supervise pupils during lunchtime, both in the dining hall and on the playground.
  • Encourage active play with the children and facilitate the use of equipment.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and support pupils in developing good social skills.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment for all children.
  • Assist pupils where necessary and ensure their wellbeing at all times.
  • Work effectively as part of a committed and supportive staff team.
  • Demonstrate patience, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in working with children.
  • play an important role in ensuring a safe, positive and enjoyable lunchtime experience for all pupils.
