Mid-day Supervisory Assistant Pitton Primary School

Salary: B3, £25,185 FTE

Actual Salary: £2852 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Part-time

Working hours: 5 hours per week, working 38 weeks per year (term time, excluding TD days)

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, from 12noon to 1.00pm

Job summary:

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Midday Supervisory Assistant (MDSA) to join our friendly school team. The successful candidate will help supervise pupils during lunchtime, ensuring they are safe, happy and well cared for. You will encourage positive behaviour, support pupils during play and lunch, and help create a welcoming and inclusive environment. We are looking for someone who is patient, approachable and enjoys working with children as part of a team. Previous experience of working with children is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
