The posting

Judith Kerr Primary School

Our school is proud to be part of Anthem, a multi-academy trust that creates ambitious and successful schools where every child thrives.

Judith Kerr Primary School is a close and dedicated school community where staff, families and pupils work together to achieve the very best for all children. Judith Kerr Primary School provides a stimulating and exciting environment in which everyone feels valued and safe, with a strong commitment to memorable learning, high-quality relationships and the celebration of diversity.

Could you help make lunchtime one of the best parts of our children’s day?

At Judith Kerr Primary School, we want every child to feel happy, safe and known - in the classroom, in the playground and around the lunch table. That is why our Midday Meals Supervisors are such an important part of our school community.

We are looking for someone warm, positive and dependable who genuinely enjoys being around children. You will help create happy and safe lunchtimes, encourage children to play and socialise well, support them when they need a little extra help and model the kindness and respect we want to see throughout our school.

You don’t need to have worked in a school before. What matters most to us is who you are: patient, caring, proactive and willing to get involved. Whether you are helping a child open their lunch, joining in with a playground game, noticing someone who needs a friend or simply being a familiar, smiling face each day, the small things you do can make a big difference.

If you would like to become part of our warm, bilingual school community and help make our children’s school day that little bit better, we would love to hear from you

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
