Ab Kettleby Primary School is offering a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, dedicated and supportive team, in our small, but mighty school.

We are looking for someone who can help our children enjoy a happy, safe lunchtime. Someone who can support children; engage in play and encourage confident and resilient individuals to enjoy an inclusive lunchtime in our school.

This position is a part-time, fixed term contract initially until April 2027, with opportunities to extend this to a permanent position for the right candidate.

The post holder will work a minimum of 5 hours per week (5 days), Monday - Friday, (12pm - 1pm) term time only (39 weeks).

As an organisation, we are always looking to develop our staff to grow their career with us through mentoring and professional development opportunities. Our staff are driven by one main vision, to do our best for every single pupil so that they can develop to their full potential, to act courageously and with integrity in all that they do.

This role may be suitable for someone looking to make a difference to young people; gain relevant and practical experience working with children, perhaps with a view to undertake a future Learning Support role or to gain specialist training and knowledge in a field that you are passionate about.

Salary: Grade 4 LCC05 - LCC06: £2,888.20 - £2,910.18 (FTE £25,629 - £25,824)
