We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our lunchtime team at Magdalen Gates Primary School.

We are looking for someone who:

  • has a calm, caring and consistent approach and enjoys working with children;
  • is committed to the wellbeing and safety of all children;
  • promotes positive behaviour, inclusion and acceptance;
  • actively encourages children to play safely and positively at lunchtimes;
  • can provide appropriate individual support where needed;
  • can support children in the dining areas, including helping to clear and clean tables;
  • works flexibly and effectively as part of our lunchtime team;
  • understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding; and
