The posting

Mayplace Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our team from the start of the new term. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and wants to make a real difference to the youngest children in our school community.

Mayplace Primary School is part of The Primary First Trust, a multi-academy trust serving schools across Bexley, Gravesham, and Medway. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment with access to trust-wide training and development opportunities.

About the role

You will work alongside the Nursery teacher to support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a warm, stimulating Early Years environment. Day to day this includes:

  • Supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Helping to plan and deliver engaging play-based activities
  • Supervising and supporting children during learning, play, and routines (including care needs such as toileting and feeding, where required)
  • Observing and recording children's progress and development
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and carers
  • Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment

What we're looking for

  • A relevant childcare or education qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 in Early Years or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children in the Early Years age range
  • A genuine passion for early childhood development
  • Patience, warmth, and excellent communication skills
  • A team player who is reliable, flexible, and proactive
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
