The posting

36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Monday to Friday

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and motivated individual to lead the office team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Line manage the team of Admin Assistants
  • Act as a PA to the Principal/Senior Leadership Team
  • Manage diary appointments and meeting arrangements
  • Handle confidential queries and issues
  • Manage projects and key school activities

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educated to A Level or equivalent
  • Relevant qualification to NVQ level 4 or equivalent
  • Good IT skills
  • Previous relevant work experience
