The posting

We are seeking an experienced, organised and proactive School Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the school office at Buckden CE Primary Academy. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the school, ensuring that administrative systems, communications and operational processes run smoothly and effectively.

Working closely with the Headteacher and wider staff team, you will provide leadership to the office function, oversee key school administration processes and act as the main link between the school and the Trust's central support services. The role includes responsibility for office management, admissions administration, purchasing, HR administration, Arbor management, educational visits, school communications and a wide range of operational activities that support the effective running of the school.

No two days are the same. One day you may be coordinating cover arrangements, supporting new staff onboarding or managing admissions enquiries; the next you may be overseeing educational visit administration, managing school communications or supporting the Headteacher with operational priorities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support and thrives in a busy school environment.

As a key member of the school's support team, you will help create a positive experience for pupils, families, staff and visitors whilst ensuring the school remains organised, compliant and welcoming.

If you are an organised, professional and people-focused individual looking to make a real difference in a thriving school community, we would love to hear from you. Apply today and become part of the Buckden family.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
