The posting

At St Peter's CofE Primary School, we believe every pupil deserves an education rooted in curiosity, kindness, and high aspiration. As part of a dynamic multi academy trust, we combine the warmth and community spirit of a Church of England primary school with the support, resources, and opportunities that come from being part of a larger family of schools.

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Teacher who shares our commitment to nurturing confident, curious learners, and who is excited by the added opportunity to lead English across our school from January 2027.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who:

Through our Christian values, we nurture children academically, socially and spiritually, helping them to flourish as individuals.

Our dedicated staff work collaboratively to create a positive learning environment where every child is encouraged to discover their strengths, develop their talents and grow in confidence. We provide a range of opportunities both in and beyond the classroom, supporting children to become compassionate, independent and successful learners.

St Peter’s is a school where children and staff flourish together, supported by a strong sense of community, a caring Christian ethos and the opportunities that come from being part of Embrace Multi Academy Trust.

What Success Looks Like:

• Deliver engaging, well-planned and appropriately differentiated teaching that meets the needs of all pupils and enables them to make strong progress.

• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

• Support our culture of inclusion, respect and belonging.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
