The posting

At Southgate School, we are committed to the pursuit of excellence while ensuring that every young person is known, valued and encouraged to fulfil their potential.

This important role sits at the heart of the school. You will work closely with the Headteacher, senior leaders, staff and our wider school community, managing diaries, supporting recruitment processes and helping to deliver key school priorities and projects. Your organisation, adaptability, initiative and attention to detail will make an important contribution to the effective day-to-day running and continued development of our highly successful and popular school.

We are looking for someone who is professional, trustworthy and highly organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Just as importantly, you will share our commitment to safeguarding young people and to creating a school community characterised by high expectations, opportunity, kindness and a strong sense of belonging.

Southgate School is situated in the London Borough of Enfield (Outer London) and it has excellent transport links. Additionally, there are plenty of shopping facilities, entertainment and recreational facilities nearby.
