  • A proactive approach and the ability to use your own initiative.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.

Why join us?

You will be joining a dedicated and supportive Science team where your contribution will have a direct impact on students' learning experiences.

This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being active, organised and involved in the practical side of science. You will have opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills through training and professional development, while working alongside experienced colleagues.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who believes that, with the right support and opportunities, every young person can achieve their very best.

If you are enthusiastic about science, enjoy working with young people and want to play an important role in supporting inspiring practical learning, we would love to hear from you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
