Interviews date to be confirmed

In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2026, and as part of our recruitment process, the Trust will carry out an online search on all shortlisted candidates. This is to help identify any incidents or concerns that are publicly available which may pose a safeguarding risk or bring the Trust into disrepute. Any such findings will be shared with the recruitment manager and may be discussed at interview.

We are deeply committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All required pre-employment checks will be undertaken, and offers of employment are subject to satisfactory outcomes. These include an enhanced DBS check with Children’s Barred List information, identity checks, online checks, and verification of professional qualifications and references. Further details are available in Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) 2026.

This role involves regulated activity and is therefore subject to:

  1. An Enhanced DBS Check including the Children’s Barred List
  2. Verification through the DfE’s Check a Teacher’s Record (for applicable roles)

It is a criminal offence to apply for this role if you are barred from working with children.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
