  • Inter-personal skills e.g. diplomacy, confidentiality, sensitivity to the needs of others
  • High levels of organisation and efficiency
  • Team skills e.g. willingness to work with others, provide support and learn from colleagues

  • A commitment to undertake relevant training and CPD
  • GCSE (or equivalent) C grade or above in English and Maths and a good level of ICT skills with sound knowledge of Word and other programmes relevant to the post
  • ELSA and/or EBSA trained desirable or willingness to be trained.
  • A record of excellent attendance and punctuality
  • To work flexibly, undertaking tasks as directed, commensurate with the grade of the post
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt styles when necessary.
