Branston Community Academy is an 11-18 inclusive school of 1120 students (including 150 Sixth Form students) approximately 4 miles from the historic city of Lincoln and is at the heart of the community it serves.

Following the progression of our current SENCo to an exciting leadership opportunity beyond the Academy, we are looking to appoint an outstanding SENCo to build on the strong foundations already in place.

We are looking for a child-centred, inspiring SENCO who champions inclusion, has the skill and passion to elevate teaching and learning for all, and can lead the strategic development of our SEN provision, while overseeing its daily operation to ensure every learner achieves their very best.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within a SEND environment and will ideally have a recognised SENCO qualification. They will also have:

  • An ability to demonstrate knowledge of the needs of children with SEN/SEMH and motivate and effectively communicate with those children
  • A record of excellent examination results
  • Successful experience in middle management
  • Creative, innovative ideas to maximise students’ potential
  • Team leading skills which enable support and challenge
  • Experience of working with children with a range of SEN
  • Excellent record in Teaching and Learning
  • A strong commitment to raising achievement and standards along with an informed and creative approach to curriculum delivery

The successful candidate will work with the Senior Leadership Team.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
