The posting

Polden Bower School are looking for a dynamic, creative and flexible full-time teacher to start in January 2027. The post will initially be based at our Albert Street campus working with our Early years students however Early years and primary experience would be preferred.

Polden Bower, is a 160-place special school and has the specialist resources needed to meet the needs of our students. State-of-the-art facilities for all the children and young people, this includes a warm water pool for physiotherapy; a sports hall; a sensory room; and fully accessible classrooms with the latest teaching technology. This is a very exciting time to be joining a growing Federation. We are working in partnership with Willow Vale School which is the PRU within Bridgwater, Taunton and West Somerset.

We are looking for outstanding teachers with experience of primary or special educational needs to work within our school. All teachers lead an area of the curriculum. We offer a personalised curriculum alongside a wide range of enrichment opportunities and interventions. You would be working within a supportive team of committed teachers and support staff. If you feel you have what it takes to work with us to achieve the very best for our students, we would very much like to hear from you.
