  • Relevant Level 3 Early Years or equivalent childcare Qualification
  • Knowledge/understanding of the Foundation Stage Curriculum
  • Understand schools policies and how they relate to local and national framework/policies
  • A commitment to further professional development
  • Experience of working with children within 0-5 age group
  • Able to relate well to children and adults
  • Have experience of ICT as a learning/communication tool
