The Trinity Catholic School are looking for a passionate and skilled Site Operator to take charge of creating an inspiring and secure environment where young minds can flourish.

This full-time, permanent role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact every single day. With a 37-hour working week split across mornings and evenings, this position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting.

Late Shift - Start date: 30 November 2026

  • Monday to Thursday: 1.15pm to 9.15pm
  • Friday: 11.00am to 6.30pm

Early Shift - Start date: 4 January 2027

  • Monday to Thursday: 5.30am to 1.30pm
  • Friday: 5.30am to 1.00pm

Your mission as Site Operator: Working alongside the Site Manager and wider premises team, you will play an important role in ensuring our school site is safe, secure and well maintained. Responsibilities will include: Assisting with the day-to-day operation, maintenance and security of the school site. Carrying out routine repairs, maintenance tasks and basic decorating duties. Supporting the upkeep of school buildings, grounds and facilities. Assisting with room setups for lessons, examinations, events and community activities. Supporting the monitoring and operation of site systems, including heating, lighting and alarms. Undertaking health and safety checks and assisting with compliance requirements. Working with contractors and supporting site projects as required. Helping to maintain a clean, welcoming and professional environment for all site users.
