The posting

We are looking to recruit a colleague with both commitment and relevant skills to embody our culture and help to raise standards throughout the school. The successful candidate will join the school at an exciting time. Having been judged as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in July 2022, we are eager to continue our journey to become Outstanding.

This is an ideal opportunity for an able and ambitious Site Supervisor with leadership abilities who wishes to work in a school where standards and expectations are high.

The successful candidate will:

Provide efficient and effective caretaking support to the schoolEnsure that the security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards set by the schoolOperate heating systems at optimum efficiencyPlan and prioritise own work without direct supervisionHave a commitment to high expectations
