The posting

We are looking for an exceptional teacher to join our dedicated and passionate team. This is a truly unique opportunity to work within our Specialist Resource Provision, supporting children with autism and speech, language and communication needs.

We are seeking someone who brings significant experience of working with pupils with SEND, combined with a genuine passion for making a difference to children's lives. The successful candidate will have the expertise, creativity and determination to help every child thrive, whilst also sharing their knowledge and best practice with colleagues across the school. Whilst we are looking for someone with experience, we will consider all applications.

This role would suit a teacher who sees potential in every child, embraces a personalised approach to learning, and is committed to fostering inclusive practice. You will play a key role in shaping outcomes for some of our most vulnerable learners while working alongside a highly skilled and supportive team.

If you are ambitious for children with additional needs, passionate about inclusion, and keen to contribute your specialist knowledge within a vibrant and forward-thinking school, we would love to hear from you.

  • Able to plan for individual needs
  • Can develop an enriching learning environment
  • Has SEND experience
  • Has experience of leading and directing support staff
  • Is willing to work as part of an excellent team
  • Has an understanding of the curriculum across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Has a sense of humour and understands that no day is the same

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
