We are looking to appoint a dynamic and proactive Supervision Room Manager to play a prominent role in delivering outstanding pastoral care. The successful candidate will be working alongside our Achievement Co-ordinators, Pastoral Support Managers and Inclusion Manager. You will demonstrate commitment, drive and have a proactive problem-solving approach in support of outstanding student behaviour and wellbeing.

The role has many facets and will require considerable skills in managing students who are spending time out of lessons and need reintegration support, as well as reflection time and restorative support. The Supervision Room Manager will frequently be supporting our most vulnerable students, when their behaviour needs addressing. Demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students and staff is a key to the success of the role, the effectiveness of our pastoral care and the education and experience of our children and young people.

Care, support and guidance is a real strength of the school and you will be joining a committed team of teachers and additional non-teaching staff dedicated to supporting students pastorally and academically.

We are committed to equality of opportunity for all our staff. We particularly welcome applicants from ethnic minority backgrounds. We recognise the vital contribution that members of a diverse team make to our students’ learning. The range of cultural experiences, differing viewpoints and role models this brings is essential in our Trust and we recognise the gap that would be left in our offering without these.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
