The posting

You will work alongside experienced, skilled and highly knowledgeable colleagues. Whether you are new to special education or an experienced SEN teacher, we are committed to supporting you to thrive and grow. If you are keen to support children with their developing communication and independence skills, as well as their cognitive and emotional development, we want to hear from you. It is likely the post will be in a Key Stage 1 class however there would be some flexibility for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an enthusiastic, creative and reflective classroom practitioner
  • Has high expectations for all and the perseverance to find the right approach for each child
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
  • Is keen to contribute to the ongoing development of an outstanding, NAS Advanced special school
