The posting

The Bishop’s Stortford High School is a popular, oversubscribed 6FE school of 1320 students, providing a single-sex education for boys in Years 7 to 11 with a thriving mixed sixth form of 420 students, one-third of which are female. As a result of excellent teaching, our students consistently achieve fantastic academic outcomes at both GCSE and A-Level. “Behaviour is exemplary in lessons and around the school.” which means the school has a calm atmosphere and students are ready to learn. "Pupils are polite, well-mannered and kind.” and “are ambassadors for the school, demonstrating excellent behaviours in all that they do.” (Ofsted 2023)

We relocated to a brand-new school, in September 2024, on a large site less than a mile from our previous location. We have a fantastic new learning environment, supported by cutting edge technology, and huge opportunities for the future. Our vast list of extra-curricular activities and trips means students engage positively with school and represent our values with pride. Staff turnover is very low, as they feel well-supported and enjoy working here, with many choosing the school for their own children.

An ability to uphold high standards of student behaviour for learning

An ability to teach up to at least GCSE standard and a commitment to promoting Design Technology learning across the wider curriculum and whole school is essential.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
