At Greenshaw High School, we are seeking an enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to join our team

Whether you are beginning your career or seeking your next challenge, you will join a collaborative school where high expectations and professional development are at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role

As a member of our Mathematics Department, you will deliver high-quality teaching that engages, challenges and inspires students to achieve their full potential. You will contribute to the planning and delivery of an ambitious curriculum, support students' academic and personal development, and work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

Mathematics is a highly successful and very popular A Level subject at Greenshaw with an excellent track record of exam results. Our GCSE outcomes are regularly in the top 10% nationally, and our A Level Maths (and Further Maths) results allow our students to progress to a range of STEM degrees at Russell Group universities, including Cambridge, Bristol and Warwick.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator, whether you are an Early Career Teacher or an experienced professional, who is committed to making a positive difference to the lives of young people while contributing to a thriving and supportive school community.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds an appropriate teaching certificate and Qualified Teacher Status
  • Holds a recognised degree (or equivalent) with a good classification in a relevant subject
  • Has excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching your subject
  • Has a desire to further raise overall achievement in your subject area through promoting the highest standards of teaching and learning
  • Willing to take responsibility for professional learning and fully engage in the school’s Professional Growth Programme

We are proud of our strong local reputation, having over 4,000 applications for 300 places in September 2024. In October 2024 the hard work of our students and staff was recognised by Ofsted. The inspection team described the school as offering "an exceptional standard of education", using the words "flourishing, "inclusive" and "friendly" to describe our school. In the report Quality of Education, Behaviour & Attitudes, Sixth Form and Leadership & Management were all graded as Outstanding. We have a very diverse population of students, offering a comprehensive range of opportunities for colleagues who work here. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
