We therefore welcome applications from experienced teachers and ECTs. We have excellent support packages for ECTs through mentoring and developmental support.

At Rawlins, we believe it is dedication, effort and perseverance that turn potential into achievement. For over 300 years, we have been committed to developing young people academically, personally and spiritually, ensuring they are equipped to make the most of every opportunity.

We are a highly inclusive school having our own Autism and a Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) specialist unit on site alongside our school’s SEND support base. Pupils who attend these units are an integrated part of our school community. We believe that every young person can succeed when supported, challenged and encouraged to give their best each day.

There is a strong sense of community in the school, the village of Quorn and the surrounding areas with a committed and aspirational parent support base. Teamwork and making the

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
