An Exciting Opportunity to Join an Outstanding Team!

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional teacher to join our School of Science, Maths and Computing. You will have experience of teaching both A Level Maths and A Level Further Maths. The successful candidate will be an inspirational teacher, able to demonstrate a passion for their subject area and the ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities in the 16-19 range. With a demonstrable record of outstanding results, you will have a commitment to raising aspirations and supporting the wider college community. If you are currently undertaking initial teacher training, you will have demonstrated outstanding potential and aptitude for post-16 teaching.

New College Doncaster, an academic sixth form college, offers a distinctive young adult ethos and is a great place to work and study. With 1500 students, New College Doncaster has grown rapidly since opening in 2017 and students make exceptional progress in both A level and Level 3 Applied General courses. The college is proud to have been rated ‘Strong’ in all categories in its 2026 Ofsted inspection: “Students at New College Doncaster experience a culture of very high expectations, which supports them to maximise their potential and achieve their aspirations.
