Salary: MPS - UPS

(Pastoral TLR of £3,000 per annum for the Right Candidate)

The successful candidate must be able to provide an excellent level of education, put students first, raise standards and transform lives. Our approach to school improvement is undertaken through close working relationships and ongoing challenge and support.

You must have high expectations for all, be an excellent teacher/communicator and be committed to supporting every student.

For the right candidate, there is the opportunity to take on a Pastoral TLR as Second in Charge (2ic) of Year 10 or Year 11, working alongside the Head of Year to support the wellbeing, behaviour and progress of students in the year group.

DPA offers a truly comprehensive and inclusive education, serving a vibrant and diverse community with 1,150 students aged 11 to 18. The Academy provides high-quality continuous professional development and learning opportunities.

You will have a relentless focus on the quality of learning, ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of education and inspiring learners to develop a passion for knowledge.
