Our provision has grown substantially, with 75 children now on role across our two provisions- one based at Hunsbury Park and the other in Duston (Chiltern Way. With a further expansion of another two classes planned for the new 2026 2027 academic year- this is an exciting time to join a passionate and supportive team!

Teaching Assistants help our bespoke curriculum to be delivered through ASD specific approaches and support learning to be fun and meaningful. In addition, teaching assistants will support students with personal care and hygiene alongside regulation.

As a provision we are fortunate to have specialist resources available such as immersive sensory rooms, soft playrooms, custom designed and built playgrounds and outdoor regulation spaces to support the varying and complex needs of the children who attend the provision.

You should have proven experience of working within primary schools and have at least NVQ2 qualifications or GCSE C or above in both English and Maths.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
