The posting

Liverpool Diocesan Schools Trust and the governors of St James CE Primary School wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 2 or Level or Level 3 depending on the successful applicant’s skills and experience.

Liverpool Diocesan Schools Trust (LDST) is a rapidly growing multi-academy trust It was established in 2017 by the Diocese of Liverpool to provide its schools with a Multi Academy Trust that has the vision and values of the Church of England at its heart. All of our primary schools are rated at least Good by OFSTED and 63% of our schools are outstanding.

The successful candidates will be:

Able to demonstrate experience of small group work and articulate the benefits provided by these interventions and will have experience of managing children’s behaviour and demonstrating positive behaviours. You should have experience working with additional and complex needs children and have a flexible ‘can do’ attitude and contribute to the wider life of the school.
