The posting

We are seeking to appoint a teaching assistant to join our Learning Support team. We welcome applications from those with previous experience as teaching assistants as well as those looking to begin a career in education. Potential apprentices are also welcome to apply. The role will involve working 1:1 with SEND students in mainstream lessons and well as individual interventions.

Bramcote College is a friendly, inclusive and multicultural place to work and study. We secured a well-deserved Good judgement in February 2024, and achievement is on a secure upward trend. Our students are well-behaved and motivated. “Classrooms are calm and orderly. Around school, pupils are polite and respectful” - Ofsted 2024. We have excellent support from parents and the community, and a talented and positive staff team. We are ambitious for every student and provide high-quality pastoral care and support, as well as outstanding enrichment opportunities for our students and the local community. We are committed to excellent professional development for all. Continued school improvement is supported by membership of The White Hills Park Trust. A new school will be built over the next two years, with anticipated completion Easter 2028.

"There are high aspirations for all pupils at Bramcote College. The school’s motto encourages pupils to ‘Work hard, Be well, Do well.' Pupils are happy and appreciate the opportunities that the school gives them." Ofsted 2024.

Additional Information about our School and Trust can be found at https://bramcote.college

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
