Who We Are

Carlton Academy Trust (CAT) is a highly successful medium-sized Trust based in Bradford, with a strong record of improving schools in the most challenging circumstances. Schools are equally divided across the primary, secondary and special sectors, with all schools rated at least ‘Good’ by Ofsted and three ‘Outstanding.’ It has strong financial position, which supports a very large central Trust team that is the envy of many far larger MAT’s, which has helped it attain many local, regional, and national awards over recent years.

We are proud to foster an open, collaborative culture where every member of staff is empowered to lead, innovate, and make a meaningful impact. We invest in professional growth, provide clear career pathways, and celebrate success at every level.

We are looking for:

This is an exciting new opportunity to join us as Trust Director of Inclusion, a role created to meet the growing inclusion needs across our schools and to drive a culture of ambition for all students, enabling them to achieve exceptional outcomes. We are looking for an inspirational, strategic and self-motivated leader with a proven track record of securing high standards in special educational needs and inclusion, who is ready to take the next step in their senior leadership career. The successful candidate will be passionate about ensuring that every child can thrive and succeed, with a strong commitment to inclusion, equality and excellence for all. Working strategically rather than operationally, they will develop and implement inclusive systems and approaches across the Trust, building strong relationships with school leaders and external partners to ensure the highest standards for all students in line with our mission of "Excellence for All".

As a senior leader within the Trust, the postholder will enjoy considerable autonomy in determining their work schedule according to the needs of the role, with opportunities to work across Trust schools and remotely where appropriate. While the role offers a high degree of independence, it also provides the opportunity to collaborate closely with fellow senior leaders to drive sustainable improvement and secure outstanding outcomes for every learner.

If you share our ambition, we would love to hear from you. Join us on our journey to deliver exceptional education and achieve our vision of ‘Excellence for All’.

We welcome visits to the school; to arrange a convenient time please contact; Anita Riedel, Recruitment Manager at [email protected]

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
