Genel Nitelikler

  • Eğitim: Ön lisans veya lisans mezunu; tercihen Bilgisayar Programcılığı, Bilgisayar Teknolojileri, Web Tasarımı ve Kodlama, E-Ticaret veya ilgili bölümlerden mezun.
  • Deneyim: E-ticaret, yazılım destek, teknik destek, helpdesk veya e-ticaret operasyon alanlarından birinde deneyimli olmak.
  • E-Ticaret ve Web Teknolojileri: İnternet ve e-ticaret altyapı sistemleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak; web hosting ve web sitesi yönetimi konularında deneyimli olmak.
  • Teknik Yetkinlik: Temel düzeyde HTML ve CSS bilgisine sahip olmak. Tercihen SQL konusunda deneyim sahibi olmak.
  • Problem Çözme: Müşteri taleplerini doğru analiz ederek sorunlara hızlı, pratik ve uygulanabilir çözümler üretebilmek.
  • İletişim: Yazılı ve sözlü iletişim becerileri güçlü, müşteri odaklı ve takım çalışmasına yatkın olmak.
  • Çalışma Disiplini: Planlı, düzenli, sorumluluk sahibi ve sonuç odaklı çalışabilmek.
  • Müşteri Odaklılık: Müşteri ihtiyaçlarını anlayarak çözüm odaklı ve kaliteli bir destek deneyimi sunmayı önemsemek.
  • Öğrenme ve Gelişim: Yeni teknolojileri ve e-ticaret süreçlerini öğrenmeye açık, meraklı ve gelişim odaklı olmak.

İş Tanımı

Ticimax altyapısını kullanan e-ticaret firmalarına, web sitesi yönetim paneli üzerinden teknik ve operasyonel destek sağlamak üzere;

  • Müşterilerden gelen chat taleplerini karşılamak ve ihtiyaçlarını doğru şekilde analiz etmek,
  • Web sitesi yönetim paneli üzerinden; tasarım düzenlemeleri, ürün ekleme, kampanya tanımlama, kategori yönetimi ve benzeri işlemlerde müşterilere destek olmak,
  • Panel kullanımı sırasında yaşanan sorunları analiz ederek müşterilere sade, anlaşılır ve uygulanabilir çözümler sunmak,
  • Gerektiğinde uzaktan bağlantı sağlayarak müşterilere panel üzerinde doğrudan destek vermek,
  • Gelen talepleri doğru şekilde değerlendirerek gerektiğinde ilgili ekiplerle koordineli şekilde ilerlemek,
  • Müşteri taleplerinin takibini yapmak ve çözüm sürecini sonuçlandırmak,
  • Ticimax yönetim paneli ve e-ticaret altyapısı hakkında bilgi edinerek müşterilere doğru yönlendirmelerde bulunmak,
  • E-ticaret operasyon süreçlerine ilişkin müşterilere destek sağlamak.
