  • Eğitim: Teknik lise veya üniversitelerin bilgisayar ve bilişim teknolojileri alanındaki ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,
  • Deneyim: İnternet, e-ticaret sistemleri, web hosting servisleri konusunda bilgi ve deneyim sahibi, firmaların, yazılım destek, helpdesk gibi departmanlarında çalışmış.
  • Stratejik Düşünce: İletişim stratejileri geliştirme konusunda deneyimli.
  • İletişim Uzmanı: Takım içinde etkili ve yapıcı iletişim kurabilen.
  • Çalışkan: Disiplinli ve kararlı bir çalışma etiğine sahip.
  • Müşteri Odaklı: Müşteri ilişkilerini yönetme ve ihtiyaçlarını karşılama konusunda kendine güvenen.

İş Tanımı

Ticimax altyapısını kullanan e-ticaret firmalarına, web sitesi yönetim paneli üzerinden teknik destek sağlamak üzere;

  • Müşterilerden gelen çağrı ve chat taleplerini karşılayarak, web sitesi paneliyle ilgili işlemler (tasarım düzenlemeleri, ürün ekleme, kampanya tanımlama, kategori yönetimi vb.) konusunda destek vermek,
  • Panel üzerinde yaşanan kullanım sorunlarını analiz edip, sade ve uygulanabilir çözümler sunmak,
  • Gerektiğinde uzaktan bağlantı sağlayarak müşteriye panel üzerinden doğrudan destek olmak,
  • Talebi doğru değerlendirip, gerekiyorsa ilgili ekiplerle iş birliği içinde süreci yönetmek.
