What You'll Do as a Seasonal Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

  • Process customer orders and create pick batches to keep fulfillment moving efficiently.
  • Prepare pick sheets and shipping labels so orders are ready for packing and shipment.
  • Verify completed orders, checking products, quantities, and labels for accuracy before shipping.
  • Pack customer orders securely using proper techniques to prevent damage and minimize shipping costs.
  • Select efficient, cost-effective shipping methods to get orders to customers.
  • Maintain clean, organized packing and shipping areas throughout your shift.
  • Restock packing stations with the supplies needed to keep orders moving.
  • Follow warehouse safety procedures and work closely with your team to meet daily shipping goals.

  • Ready for Physical Work: Can lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended shifts of 8-12 hours, and work in a warehouse with seasonal temperature changes.
  • Equipped to Succeed: Has a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively; entry-level applicants are welcome.
  • Team-Oriented & Safety-Conscious: Works well with coworkers, follows safety procedures, and takes pride in contributing to a supportive, hardworking team.
