Come Project Manager del team di delivery, sarai il punto di riferimento per clienti e stakeholder nella gestione di progetti più o meno complessi, garantendo coordinamento, presidio operativo e gestione delle eventuali criticità. Con una profonda conoscenza dei prodotti, seguirai i progetti nel dettaglio e coordinerai le risorse coinvolte per assicurarne il successo.

In particolare, ti occuperai di:

  • Presidiare progetti di dimensioni diverse, dal servizio a spot all'implementazione su realtà strutturate, coordinando attività, tempi e priorità fino al rilascio in esercizio.
  • Essere il punto di contatto del cliente sul perimetro tecnico-funzionale dei tuoi progetti, accompagnandolo nelle scelte applicative e nella definizione dei livelli di servizio.
  • Lavorare con le aree tecniche, di prodotto e di assistenza per allineare competenze e risorse su ogni progetto, con ampia autonomia operativa.
  • Gestire le attività e le richieste che escono dal flusso ordinario, riportandole nel percorso corretto e tenendo il cliente aggiornato su stato e prossimi passi.
  • Entrare nel merito delle soluzioni che portiamo sul punto vendita, sulla ristorazione e sulla filiera alimentare, per governare i progetti anche nel dettaglio tecnico.

Il profilo che cerchiamo ha:

  • Almeno 4 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti IT o di system integration, con responsabilità diretta su attività, tempi e relazione con il cliente.
  • Capacità di strutturare il lavoro delle aree interne e di presentarsi al cliente con un metodo chiaro, tenendo insieme visione d'insieme e dettaglio operativo.
  • Autonomia sul perimetro tecnico dei progetti, per entrare nel merito delle soluzioni, comprenderne il funzionamento e tradurle in scelte concrete per il cliente.
  • Conoscenza del mondo retail, della ristorazione o della trasformazione alimentare come valore aggiunto, per entrare subito nel linguaggio dei nostri clienti.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Patente di guida B, per gestire in autonomia spostamenti e trasferte sul territorio.
